What CTSA program group(s) are you most interested in, and how does your research relate to this program group or to the overall convention theme? (Applicants should indicate whether they have submitted, or intend to submit, a paper proposal to a program group.)
Applicants who have not yet earned the Ph.D. degree must also provide a copy (non-official is acceptable) of their transcript, or a statement from their program’s Director of Graduate Studies, to demonstrate that they have met the eligibility requirements for CTSA Associate membership.
