Faculty Position in Catholic Theological Ethics

Catholic Theological Union, Chicago, invites applications for a full time faculty position in Catholic Theological Ethics, preferably with a specialization in medical and sexual ethics, and /or related ethics areas. CTU offers a variety of programs, including D. Min., M.A., M.Div., and M.A.P.S. degrees.

Applicants are expected to have an excellent reputation as a teacher and a commitment to scholarly and popular publishing. Applicants should have an ability to teach and interact cross culturally with persons and theological perspectives other than those of the European or U.S. contexts. The starting date is spring 2013. Responsibilities will include: teaching courses in medical and sexual ethics, the core curriculum ethics course, and teaching on-line courses. Other duties include student advising, administering comprehensive examinations, directing M.A. and D. Min. theses.
