Assistant Professor of Theology

The University announces an opening for an Assistant Professor of Theology. Candidates must possess an appreciation for and congruence with the Catholic Franciscan mission of the University. Qualifications: Applicants are to be trained in and committed to the Roman Catholic theological tradition. An earned doctorate (ABD considered) in systematic or moral theology and a record of successful teaching experience and commitment to teaching excellence are essential.
Responsibilities: Teaching at the undergraduate and graduate level, advising, assisting, with program development, service on university committees, participation in community activities and continued professional development. Opportunity to teach introductory Philosophy courses exists.
