Assistant or Associate full time professor

The University of Mary, Bismarck, ND is seeking candidates for an Assistant or Associate full time professor in the Department of Communication beginning August 2013. The ideal candidate will have some experience and be able to teach in one or more of the following areas: converging media, journalism, art, graphic design and web design. In addition, the ideal candidate will demonstrate enduring interest in the artistic traditions springing from Catholicism and/or use of media in the New Evangelization. The successful candidate would be eligible to teach at our Rome campus and would receive a joint appointment to Catholic Studies. Applicants must be student-centered with enthusiasm for teaching and learning. Doctoral degree or MFA preferred. Candidates must demonstrate a willingness to support the Christian, Catholic and Benedictine mission of the University of Mary.
