Tenure-track position at rank of Assoc/Asst Professor
in Christian Ethics
The Department of Theology and Religious Studies at Villanova University invites applications for a tenure track position at the rank of Associate or Assistant (advanced) Professor in Ethics to begin in fall 2013. The candidate specializes in contemporary Christian ethics and the Catholic moral theological tradition, and is competent at engaging contemporar y cultural issues. Areas of specialization are open, but particular consideration will be given to candidates with demonstrated interest in sexual ethics, feminist ethics, or health care ethics.
Candidates possess an earned doctorate. Publication, research, teaching and service records should be commensurate with experience. The person who fills the position will have a rigorous research agenda, teach innovative undergraduate and graduate (MA) courses, and perform service to the Department, College and the University.
