Campus Minister for Student Formation and Outreach
This Campus Minister will create and implement new programs and develop strategies for outreach related to theological, ethical and spiritual formation of students, especially in the residential settings. This person will collaborate with the four centers in Campus Ministry, along with other faculty and staff, to develop strategies for a more comprehensive outreach for student formation initiatives.
Duties and Responsibilities:
• Consultation with the four centers in Campus Ministry along with their partners in Mission and Ministry to promote existing and create and implement new programming where appropriate.
• Develop strategies to support the Office of Student Life, primarily Residence Life and Multi-Cultural Affairs, in its efforts to promote and enhance theological, ethical and spiritual programming both in the residence halls and the classrooms.
• Collaborate with the faculty of the Augustine and Culture Seminar Program (ACSP) and the faculty of Theology and Religious Studies to create opportunities for theological and spiritual discussion and reflection.
• Develop and maintain social media communication channels.
MA in Theology, M Div or equivalent pastoral ministry degree required
2 years of ministerial experience or the equivalent.
