Call for Papers:

The Moral Theology Topic Session invites proposals for papers reflecting on the 2011 CTSA convention theme: “All the Saints,” or on a topic of particular interest to you.  The administrative team also is interested in proposals reflecting on the broader relationship between moral theology and eschatology/“last things.” The team will devote one of its two sessions to this topic, if sufficient quality proposals are received.

Proposals for individual papers (which would then be matched with others), or for panel presentations (no more than three panelists please) on a unified topic, are welcome.

Proposals should be between 200-500 words and include the author’s name, institution, and contact information.  Proposals should include a short bibliography. The deadline for submission is September 1, 2010.  Notification of acceptance for presentation will be given by September 24, 2010.  A maximum of three papers will be selected for the session.  Please articulate in the proposal any audio-visual support required.  Authors of accepted papers must submit a 100 word précis by October 6.  Recall that CTSA policy limits presenters to one speaking role on the convention program.  Please send proposals to Kari-Shane Davis Zimmerman at: KDavis@csbsju.edu.
