Call for Selected Session Proposals for 2009 Convention (pdf file, doc file)
Official Registration materials for the 2009 Convention will be available both online and through the usual mailed materials, once the 2009 mailing goes out.

Topic Sessions
Submissions of proposals for papers may be made to any of the sixteen topic sessions. Click on topic sessions to get access to the call for papers. Topic areas are planned as permanent parts of the CTSA cnvention structure as long as there is itnerest in these areas. Changes in topic areas may be made from time to time by the board.
Selected Sessions
Submissions of proposals for Selected Sessions may be made as in the past. Click on selected sessions for the procedures. Selected sessions are "one time" sessions for this particular convention. Proposals may be on the convention theme, but do not have to be. There are usually six to nine slots available for selected session
Interest Groups
Each of the interest groups has its own procedures. To see if any has a call for papers, click on the interest group(s) of interest. Interest groups have a life of three years; they are devoted to particular interests and normally are not renewed. Consultations are ongoing groups that have specific foci and meet at each convention.
