Proceed to:

Topic Sessions
Please note that the 2011 Convention "Call for Papers" for each Topic Session appears at a link on the CTSA homepage menu. Topic Sessions are planned as permanent parts of the CTSA convention structure as long as there is interest in these areas. Changes in Topic Sessions may be made from time to time by the board.

Selected Sessions
Please note that the 2011 Convention "Call for Papers" for Selected Sessions appears at a link on the CTSA homepage menu. Selected Sessions are "one time" sessions for this particular convention. Proposals may be on the convention theme, but do not have to be. There are usually six to nine slots available for Selected Sessions. These programs are vetted by the President-Elect and the Program Committee of the CTSA Board.

Interest Groups
An Interest Group is a number of CTSA members who are engaged in a focused, scholarly project or who would like to learn about a new theological area.  Gathered together, under the leadership of a coordinator, they have applied for recognition and have been approved by the CTSA Board of Directors for a place on the program of the annual convention.  Each Interest Group is assigned one meeting time at the convention.  Each Interest Group has its own procedures.  For information on “Proposing a New Interest Group,” please see this link under the homepage link “Convention Structure.”

Consultations
Please note that the 2011 Convention "Call for Papers" for three Consultations appears at a link on the CTSA homepage menu. Consultations are ongoing groups that have specific foci and meet at each convention. Each Consultation has its own procedures.
