The North American Academy of Ecumenists will meet at Princeton Theological Seminary from October 25-27, 2026. 

Our theme will be: The Common Good in our Common Home: World Christianity, Earth Community, and the Realm of God.

John J. “J.J.” Mueller, S.J. (A&S ’69, Grad Ed ’70), a longtime professor of theology, died March 5, 2026. He was 81 years old, a Jesuit for 62 years and a priest for 50 years. (USA Central and Southern Province.

CTSA members will remember Bill for the many years he was the Managing Editor of Orbis Books.

Bill earned the STL in theology from the Pontifical Gregorian University (1972) and the PhD from the University of Chicago (1987).
